Service Description:
Our website offers a custom watercolor portraiture service provided by artist Liliane Avalos. The details of the service, including pricing and specifications, are subject to change without notice.

Ordering Process:
 Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase a service. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Payment:
Payment for services must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept all major credit cards, paypal, and google pay.

Cancellation Policy:
 Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations after this period may be subject to a  $10 cancellation fee.

Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in and to the service remain the sole property of Liliane Avalos. No part of the service may be reproduced without explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liliane Avalos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
