Processing Time:
Each hand-painted watercolor portrait requires a meticulous crafting process. After the photo is discussed and agreed upon, please allow 1.5 weeks for the completion of the painting.

Shipping within the USA:
Once the artwork is completed, please allow an additional week for shipping within the USA. Shipping is complimentary for all orders.

International Shipping:
For international orders, please allow a minimum of 14 days for delivery. Additional time may be required based on your location and local customs processes.

Shipping Carrier:
We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your bespoke watercolor portrait.

Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide accurate shipping information. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the buyer.
