Tattoo idea
If you have a very specific idea please do write down all necessary details. You can include different ideas in the same email so that way I may choose the idea the best fits my style - You may also include photos or reference images to get the idea or style across please do! Designs will be done a couple of days prior to the appointment. Major changes cannot be made at that point.

Approximate Size
Bigger tattoos can have more details, small tattoos will need to be more simplified. Tell me if you want it 'palm sized', or if you want it to fit the area completely. If you can take the photo with measurement tape or ruler in inches along side the area this is a big plus for helping me design. However is best to convey what you're after!

Client info
Your name, age, and phone number. Also include your social media accounts: Instagram, Facebook, etc.

Body Placement
Please attach a clear daylight photo of preferred placement for your tattoo. This helps me better plan the design to fit the placement and your skin tone perfectly.

Health Conditions
If you have any allergies, medications, anxieties, disabilities, health problems, or special requirements that I need to know about or accommodate - please let me about this in advance.
For example, some medications cause thinning of blood or other side effects that can adversely affect the tattoo or healing.
I am here to help and make your experience as positive as possible!
Tattoo Sessions
All sessions start at 1 pm and end at 7pm.
Clear your evening schedule incase our session time needs to be extended, I will not rush through a tattoo.

Clients Only
Regrettably, I'm unable to accommodate any additional guests, visitors, or children during appointments. It's essential that you come to your appointment on your own.
From my past experiences, having extra people around has often proven to be distracting and has a negative impact on both the artist and the client. I kindly request your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a focused and respectful workspace.

No Alchohol
To ensure a successful session and optimal healing, please refrain from consuming alcohol in the days leading up to your appointment. Alcohol can increase bleeding during the session and hinder the healing process. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Be Prepared
Make sure to be well-rested before coming into the appointment and eat a meal beforehand to prevent low blood sugar issues.

Please bring your own lunch and snacks. Tattoos are much less painful and your artist is able to work more proficiently when your body is nourished and fed.
Pricing & Policies
1 / Project Pricings
At this moment I charge based on intricacy of design and size, not hourly. I only accept cash as a payment method. Payments for tattoo sessions are due immediately at the end of each session.
2 / Deposit Required
A deposit is necessary to confirm your appointment and design - this is $100 and will go towards the total price of your tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit can be paid in cash or online using Zelle.
3 / Appointment Date
If you need to change the date of your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you must let me know at least 7 days prior to the session so we can rearrange our schedules. A new deposit will be required to continue working together if you cancel or reschedule with less than 7 days’ notice. You can reschedule your appointment only once without losing your deposit.
4 / Running Late
If you are late, you must call me. If you are more than 15 minutes late without any notification, the session will be canceled without any refund.
5 / Last Minute Cancelation
Your booking fee will be voided and a new one must be placed to re-book.

Cancelling again:
If you cancel or postpone TWICE then you will need to pay 50% of the full cost of your tattoo up front before rebooking
6 / No Show
If you do not show up for the appointment - you lose your deposit and we will not be able to work together.
