This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our custom watercolor portraiture services. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms described herein.

REFUND POLICY - CUSTOM WATERCOLOR PORTRAIT

Cancellation within 24 Hours:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring a cancellation fee.

Returns:

If upon receipt, you believe the artwork does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Authorization:

Contact us promptly to discuss your concerns and receive authorization for the return.

Conditions for Return:

The artwork must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Process:

Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeframe:

If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Exclusions:

Custom artworks with significant alterations or deviations from the initially agreed-upon photo may not be eligible for return. However, we are committed to addressing concerns and ensuring your satisfaction.

Shipping Costs:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Returns:

International returns are subject to the same policy, with the buyer responsible for return shipping costs.
